New to the format? Read what the Raindance AI trend means before choosing your portraits.
1. Pick one portrait of each person
Use a photo with one adult, facing the camera in even light. Keep the face and hairstyle visible. Chest-up or waist-up photos work well. Avoid sunglasses, heavy filters, tiny faces, group shots and phones covering the face.
The photos do not need to be taken together. Use your own photos or get permission from both people. The studio accepts JPG, PNG or WebP files under 5 MB each. Your browser resizes the image before uploading.
2. Choose the singer
Upload the two portraits in the Raindance studio. Select Photo 1 sings or Photo 2 sings. The singer gets the performance and close-up moments; the other person is their partner in the story. Check the labels before starting.
3. Review the sample and price
The video is a 15-second, six-shot generation in 16:9 landscape. It moves between shared moments, singer close-ups and a partner reaction, ending with both people at sunset. Choose 1 credit for $9.99, 3 for $24.99 or 10 for $69.99 on the pricing page.
Watch the sample with the sound on before buying. Sign in, choose a one-time pack if you need credits, then return to the studio with your photos and singer selection saved. Sign in with Google to keep your video credit and task history.
4. Generate and download
With one video credit available, click Generate once to start your video. You can come back to My videos to check its status. Temporary connection issues do not start a second generation. A confirmed failed generation returns the reserved video credit.
5. Check the sound and share
The generator uses a preset performance, so you don’t upload audio or write a prompt. It replaces the two people and keeps the camera moves and the singing mouth movements, lip-synced to the trend sound. Watch with sound before sharing. If a platform mutes the sound, add “Raindance” from its sound library rather than layering a second track. Read our music and sharing terms before posting.
